Dr. Jennifer Southard is a native of central Indiana, growing up in the town of Noblesville. Driven by her passion for science and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, she embarked on a journey that led her to a fulfilling career in dentistry.
In 2009, Dr. Southard earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Butler University. Her time at Butler was not only dedicated to academic pursuits but also showcased her talent and leadership skills on the soccer field. As a valued member of the Butler women's soccer team, she served as team captain for two years, demonstrating her ability to inspire and motivate others towards a common goal.
With a solid educational foundation, Dr. Southard set her sights on becoming a dental professional. She pursued her dream at Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2013. Throughout her dental education, she discovered a genuine passion for the field, finding it to be a blend of artistry, intellectual challenge, and the opportunity to form meaningful connections with patients and their families.
Dr. Southard's approach to dentistry is characterized by her commitment to improving the quality of life for her patients. Recognizing the profound impact that good oral health has on overall well-being, she strives to provide comprehensive care that goes beyond mere treatment. Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Southard enjoys an active lifestyle, including working out, cycling, and running outdoors. Additionally, she has developed a passion for spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes.
